SHIPPING TERMS
These Shipping Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") outline the rules and procedures for delivering products purchased on our website.

We offer standard delivery for all orders. Estimated transit times vary depending on the destination:

  • European Union (EU) countries: Typically 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-EU countries: Delivery to major international destinations usually takes 2–3 business days.

1.2 Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase.
1.3 Couriers: UPS with or FedEx.
1.4 Business Days: Processing and delivery are conducted Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
1.5 Delivery Delays: The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

2.1 International Shipping: Shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
2.2 Customs Fees and Taxes:

  • NOCCA ships orders under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. This means that while NOCCA facilitates shipping to the designated destination, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any additional import charges imposed by local customs authorities.

  • If shipping to a country where additional import fees apply, the buyer will be informed at checkout. In case of customs-related delivery delays, NOCCA will assist by providing the necessary documentation but is not responsible for customs processing times.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Available Countries: We offer worldwide shipping, delivering to most countries across the globe. Our logistics network ensures secure and timely delivery, reaching both major cities and remote locations. While we strive to ship internationally, some regional restrictions may apply due to local regulations or courier limitations. If you have any concerns about delivery to your specific location, please contact our support team for assistance.

3.2 Shipping Restrictions: Certain regions may have import restrictions on battery-powered devices. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, the Buyer will be notified, and payment will be refunded.

3.3 Customs Procedures: Buyers must provide all necessary documents for customs clearance.

4. TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION

4.1 Tracking Information: Buyers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped.
4.2 Issues with Tracking: If a tracking number is not received within 48 hours after the shipment confirmation, Buyers should contact customer support at support@nocca-ehms.com.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENTS

5.1 Lost Shipments: The Seller will work with the courier service to investigate lost shipments. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon confirmation of loss.
5.2 Damaged Shipments: Buyers must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
5.3 Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned to the Seller due to being unclaimed, the Buyer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
